For a decade, I have built and led cross-sector initiatives spanning renewable energy, climate-smart menstrual health, and inclusive sport by partnering with companies, schools, and communities to translate ideas into structured, measurable impact.

Co-Founder & Social Enterprise Builder
I co-founded Perfectfit, evolving a rural project into an impact-driven enterprise. I led operational systems, business development strategy, partnership growth, and impact measurement while managing and mentoring a women-led team. By 2025, Perfectfit had diverted 23 tonnes of plastic waste and prevented 140 tonnes of CO2 emissions.
Climate-smart CSR Programs
I design and lead climate-smart CSR initiatives that integrate sustainability, health, and community empowerment. Funded by corporations and international institutions, I develop programs that align ESG objectives with measurable impact by partnering with school and grass-root organisations.
Social Development Programs
Since 2016, I have worked across diverse sectors from renewable energy, fisheries, agriculture, health and women’s health to address social and environmental challenges in Indonesia. My work focuses on translating research-based ideas into implementable programs, by working with multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring sustainable outcomes for under-served communities.
Community & Sport Initiatives
I build and nurture an inclusive community ecosystem that promotes wellbeing and belonging. From designing programs for orphanages to creating Bali’s first Flag Football community, I design structures that empower individuals while building long-term and self-sustaining practice.
